Swine Flu H1N1 Death Toll 26

This morning my wife call my daughter Qistina have high body temperature. I hope is just a normal fever coz the Swine Flu cases are increasing in my country Malaysia. I sent Qistina to nursery everyday and I afraid that the children at nursery had a flu. Lately she always cry at night.

This morning in my local news Malaysia’s health minister confirm 8 more death coz of the Swine Flu or H1N1 raising the country’s death toll related to the virus to 26. Damn.. the virus seems have no medicine and the patient are praying for it.

In Malaysia’s we have more than a 1000 cases of H1N1 Virus. 26 down , how about the rest that have been infected with the virus? Waiting their turn to die.

Sometimes it make me afraid to do my regular social live. Afraid to go to the market, to the cinema. It make people become paranoid. Some of my friends seem to not care about the virus, They still doing their daily life like there are nothing to worry.

Some say you wear the mask, that cover your mouth and nose can prevent the virus. But there’s no scientific evidence to suggest that wearing one will prevent you from catching the virus.

Below are the Swine Flu (H1N1) precaution:

Avoid contact with other people as much as possible
Cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing, using a tissue when possible
Dispose of dirty tissues promptly and carefully
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water to reduce the spread of the virus from your hands to your face or to other people
Clean hard surfaces, such as door handles or telephones, regularly using a normal cleaning product
