Continue from yesterday post, before we go through Pantai Timur Express Highway to go back to Kuala Lumpur. We stop at a mini factory of traditional food of the east state called Keropok Lekor or Fried Mackerel Cracker. They are made up of fish, flour and other ingredients. We buy some of it for friends and my family at Kuala Lumpur.
We can find it easily in Kuala Lumpur but the taste is different coz the Keropok Lekor are made in large scale for business. Here you will find the original taste of the Keropok Lekor and what is more interesting you can see for yourself how it was made in front of you. In the photo is my wife waiting for the maker packing those keropok.
This HDR photo of this factory is taken handheld from inside my car waiting for my wife. I couldn’t get a good composition with the coconut tree chop off coz I`m with my daughter Qistina in my car. I cannot leave her alone in the car so this is a point and shoot bracketing HDR for you. Click on the photo to view in black.
